The Facilities Cloud App is designed for small to medium-sized businesses, organisations and groups to keep track and set tasks for all the team members. Its ideal for those organisations that have a few locations and/or teams and departments that all handle different roles.
You can set up teams, locations, departments and add as many people to the teams as you like.
You can then attribute tasks to one or lots of people and get real-time updates and comments back from those people as they complete the tasks or need to ask questions about them.
Its a great way to for business owners, group organisers and managers to manage remote teams and set different tasks, roles and timing for each.
You can also set up recurring tasks for those jobs that are regular. This feature is also handy for setting annual reminders for renewals of things, such as insurance policies, inspections and other regularly-repeating tasks that often get forgotten or missed off diaries.
The app has been written by a group of small business owners that needed something to simply manage a teams task and have sight of the tasks progress at a glance.
